Software Any software provided by IFDNRG is provided free of charge and the end user is responsible for registering any software that requires such registration. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless IFDNRG against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with IFDNRG's servers or those of our partners; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement; (4) any defective products sold to customer from IFDNRG's servers or those of our partners, and (5) any statements made within information or pictures held on our servers that may be seen as unsuitable, defamatory or libelous in any way. IFDNRG reserves the right to revise its policies at any time. Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy Each of our services carries a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees and domain registration costs. Setup fees are refundable for the following reasons only: (1) the account is cancelled prior to activation. (2) the domain name was not available from official registration bodies.
